We want you to be happy with MerchSignal. This policy explains when we offer refunds and how to request one.
1) Subscriptions (Monthly / Yearly)

Cancellation: You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting support; access remains until the end of the paid period.

Refund window (first purchase only): If you’re not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first subscription purchase or first upgrade. Renewals are not refundable once billed. We do not pro-rate unused time.
2) Lifetime

14-day refund window from the date of purchase.
3) Eligibility & fair use
To protect against abuse and fraud, we may decline a refund when there is significant usage during the refund window (e.g., heavy scanning or high volumes of generated designs), evidence of chargeback/fraud, or misuse of the Service.
4) How to request
Email support@merchsignal.com with your purchase email and your Paddle receipt ID (visible on your Paddle receipt).
Because Paddle is our Merchant of Record, they may handle the refund directly or ask you to complete the refund via their buyer support flow.
Processing time: Approved refunds are issued promptly; your bank/card network may take 3–10 business days to post the funds.
5) Billing descriptor
Charges may appear on your statement as *“Paddle.net MerchSignal”**.
6) What isn’t refundable

Subscription renewals after the billing date

Partial-period refunds for canceled subscriptions

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights, which may provide additional protections depending on your location.
